Jackie has amazing technique and a calming energy.

I went to her with a giant "cable" running from the bottom of my neck down to the middle of my back-- couldn't even lift my arm over my head. But I walked out of there nearly pain free!

J has been my go to massage therapist for several years now for a reason. As runner, I am often in need of a good sports level massage and she delivers. If I am just overall sore from lots of travel, she delivers. Stressed out from work? J knows what to do there.
