Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very active with hockey and jiu-jitsu, but Lydia always seems to keep things working. She does an outstanding job every time!

Most therapists can give a generic relaxation massage but that wasn't enough for my issues. Thankfully I found Lydia who worked miracles with me where others have failed. She carefully worked loose knots that had been bothering me.

Lydia listens to your concerns and works with movement to relieve stress and tight muscles. This is absolutely the best massage I've ever had due to the personalization and also the fact that she doesn't go through the motions like the chain massage locations.
