We had to cancel due to extreme weather ( 3 inches of snow with continuing precipitation and sub freezing temperatures) and they charged us an unreasonable fee. I understand a fee if it is a cancel without reason but this was due to unsafe travel conditions.

FANTASTIC AND BLISSFUL!!!

Celebrated my birthday with a Massage and Facial today! Absolutely amazing! Everything from the moment you walk into the Spa to the moment you are being dragged out ... not really but if I could stay there forever I would!!
