I cancel my account as i was not impressed with customer service or calling me back when i request talking to the manager about scheduling.I left a message in the Doral franchise 4 times and nobody or the manager calls me back.

I booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend and I, I was under the impression it was $189 for both of us and then they look at my boyfriend and tell him he needs to pay $189 too. So total $400 for 40 minutes of a mediocre massage.
