I was dealing with moderate neck and back pain recently from working in the office and lack of exercise. I came in for a deep tissue massage. John addressed the issues and got right to work on those areas. Made me feel so relaxed.

Great Session !!
An exceptional practitioner, space & quality of bodywork. Highly recommend a 90 min; in order to benefit fully.

I am still not quite sure what myofascial release is, but I know it works in relieving pains that regular massage cannot do. John also knows how to do 'Energy' therapy, which is positively trippy.
