I had an excellent experience here! I love been looking for a great place to get a massage in West Hartford and this day spa didn't disappoint. Catalina was terrific. Plus- BIG bonus points for being able to make my appointment onlin me.

Victorian Day Spa is my family's go-to for spa getaways. They are always accommodating and have the friendliest staff. I most recently had a deep-tissue massage with Jessica and was thrilled. She was conscious of my comfort level the whole time.

Victorian Day Spa is easily the best place in West Hartford for a much needed spa day. I've been going for a few years now and have never had an issue. My recent encounter was no different - I left happy, relaxed, and excited to come back!

I have been going to Catalina for the past 4 months. She is a complete rockstar and the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. She is patient and listens well and always focuses on the problem areas. She's extremely professional.
