I have been going to Melanie for years! I highly recommend the 1 hour massage! She has a soft touch yet firm in the places your muscles are really tight. I have done the hydromassage between my visits with Melanie and I highly recommend that too!

Have done both the cryotherapy and infra treatments to help with lower back pain. Recommend both treatments but if you want pain relief along with total relaxation, infra is the way to go. BodyWorks is very clean, modern and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've been suffering with abdominal and rib muscle pain for more than a year. In 2 massage sessions with Melanie, I am feeling a difference. I've also been doing cryotherapy there as well which I believe is also helping. Definitely recommend this place.
