I had really high hopes for the service I received but was disappointed. At the beginning of the massage I asked the therapist to focus on my right shoulder and lower back. Neither was barely touched. I could tell by her attitude that she really didn't want to be there.

All of the staff were excellent and I loved all my services. I made another appointment in February. The facility is gorgeous and everything smells amazing. The bathrobes are cozy and they set out tea, coffee, fruit infused water and snacks in case you need something.
