The massages are low quality, as all the better massage therapists have left to either open up their own shop or work for a better Spa. Overall the company has gone completely downhill since covid.

I go to the pottstown hand and stone and i get a massage i see chelsey and she is awsome she always gets my knots and answers my questions for me and i cant wait to go back

Massage was not 1 hour. I showed up at 10:45 with a scheduled 11 o'clock massage. Massage started at 11:05 and ended at 11:55. I requested firm and while the masseuse was identifying some sore spots she did not attempt to put any firm pressure.

Emily (Em) provided me with the best massage I have had in a long time. She was intuitive to where I was tender - this was the first massage where she eased into knots vs immediately applying deep pressure where it's painful. Front desk was great.
