This place is great!
Great ambiance. Great customer service.
Great services.
Just wish they had overnight accommodations - that's how great it is.
I can't say enough good things about it.
It's totally worth every penny.

Albuquerque itself is pretty hard up for truly relaxing soak opportunities. When you can't make the drive to another part of the state, Betty's is where you want to be. It's one of those places that immediately feels relaxing as soon as you walk in the door.

Having chunks of my hair fall out after a scalp "massage" and Esmerelda making rude comments about my skin flaws does not make me excited to return to Betty's. And to think I paid $200 for the "pleasure" of this experience. Will not be back.

My husband booked us some facials for my bday and after a long day in the sun and riding bikes a facial was just what I needed. The person doing mine was very knowledgeable and provided me with info on how to treat my skin based on my needs.

Hubs bought me a birthday treat of a couple hours here (massage and private hot tub soak). Loved it! Marissa gave me a wonderful relaxing massage and 45 minutes alone with a hot tub, sauna and cold shower were more restorative than I expected!

Love this place! They take such great care of you. I had a sweat wrap and a massage which was incredibly wonderful.

If I lived here, I would be trying to come here every other day.

The only one thing that could've been better is if the tub was hotter.
