This location's on line ordering service sucks. They messed up a Christmas order and sent it to the wrong email. The manager was not helpful at all in correcting the mistake and was really rude. Do not use this place.

Very nice space in Rocky River although a rather large facility which is surprising. Very well done but expensive. Multiple options for massage and services .

I love this place! The service and atmosphere is amazing. I recommend the hydro facial and the meditative soak. A beautiful experience.

They have so many services I want to try, but my husband and I decided on a couples massage and the salt room therapy for our first visit. The massages were everything we hoped they would be and the salt room was very cozy.
