Such a relaxing experience, my boyfriend and I did the Staycation Package and it was bliss. Sam and Jackie helped us out and they were amazing. Nice facilities and of course very relaxing. Would reccomend.

Great deal for the amount of services you get within the spa package. The main downside is trying to find parking unless you pay.

First timers here. My partner and I got the Cascade Couples Staycation/Vacation Escape and had the most relaxing time with Eason and Lily. They took care of us the whole time and had the best experience!

Excellent Place for a quick or long massage. It started with a sauna session then light head and foot massage and then tea and then finished with our 90 massage ... Amazing place and excellent service. Highly recommend

Cascade spa accommodated our bridal party of 7 people and it was great! The salt room was nice and the massage was great! Everyone was super happy and feeling relaxed after.

Spent 2 1/2 hours at this spa and the time just flew by. Everyone was very friendly and the service was awesome.

Definitely recommend this place to anywho looking for a relaxing time!

A hidden gem in Hillcrest. Personalized service, wonderful massage from head to feet. The Pearl Cascade package was everything and more. It included face mask, Foot reflexology, full body massage, and body scrub. Great pricing for services received.

I’ve had two adventure max sessions with Yang and both have been just amazing! I am so glad I went ahead and booked. I’d never done anything like this before, every man should experience this! I was made to feel at ease straight away. Yang is warm and friendly and makes the time to chat before and after the massage ensuring that you are relaxed and she is happy to answer any questions you may have. The massage was wonderful and far exceeded expectations on both visits.
The massage itself is indulgent and relaxing. Every inch of my body is explored. It was the most pleasurable 2.5 hours my body has experienced! Both times I left feeling very relaxed and euphoric - Yang definitely knows how to use her hands and she is VERY good at what she does! I absolutely loved every minute of it. I think I’m going to be a regular client thanks Yang, already looking forward to the next time.

I got the Staycation package for my girlfriend and I. It was only $300 bucks for about two hours off massage for both of us. We loved it! Definitely going back.

Amazing experience. Coco and susu were awesome and it felt like a royal treatment. Highly recommend the staycation vacation package. Everyone from front desk to massage therapist were all great. Steam room is super relaxing

First time at cascade and we had a great experience! Did the staycation Couples package with my husband and it was wonderful. We did the eucalyptus sauna where we received a glass of wine. The massages were excellent!

This place is so amazing!!! Never felt rushed, very relaxing. Many options to choose from and very clean! Left feeling more relaxed than I have in my whole life. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone, plan to be back sooner than later!

Emma and coco were absolutely positively perfect! Hands of angels!!!!!!!! They were very professional, the building was clean. The experience made me feel like I was in a different world. The decor helped get me relaxed. We also enjoyed the sauna, with great tea.

This place is a secret gem!!! Don't let the outside fool you because it's a whole beautiful and exotic vibes from the inside. Allan was Amazing!!! Allan really took care of the knots on my upper and lower back! I got the Rejuvenation Spa and it was worth every penny!

We did the couples staycation package for my husbands birthday and it was great. They gave us shoes, locker keys, green tea, champagne and more! We will be back.

Literally the best massage I've gotten in San Diego!! Reasonably priced too. I love that they're so meticulous with every movement, and that they use their thumbs to massage!! They don't just rub around the oil like other places. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely loved this place! I found it on TikTok and wanted to surprise my husband during our anniversary trip. It doesn't seem like much on the outside but the inside is everything. We enjoyed the couples massage and it was heavenly.

This was my first time coming to Cascade Spa and it was a great experience. We did the staycation package and I don't think it could've been any more amazing. Susu and Tina were great and we will definitely be making sure we book them again.
