Horrible customer service! What is happening at the Woodhouse Spa- Bottleworks in Indianapolis, Indiana? They canceled my appointment one hour before I arrived! This is bad business.

Beautiful, elegant, clean. My only complaint is I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The massage flew by. I am very much looking forward to going back soon. 100% worth the price for a luxury spa experience.

I adore Woodhouse Spa! I try to go every few months to feel spoiled and pampered. I usually do the 50 minute body balance massage, but also add hot stones and sometimes an extra 30 minutes.

Awesome place. We've been to locations in Carmel and Fishers, and tried Bottleworks for the first time. I think it's our favorite spa now - really nice interior and atmosphere, friendly staff, and great masseuses. You'll come out feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

I asked if they served alcohol and they said no but you can bring your own and they will serve it to you! So I brought some champagne. The massage was very good and relaxing, I really enjoyed it. I really felt catered to and like a queen.
