Omg please do not get hair done here. I was charged a full highlight...had 3 foils in the back- nothing at the crown... baby lights in the front...no cut No dry and it was 220 plus tip.
The Gal at the front was
EXTREMELY rude.

As a local, I've been to Urban Nirvana several times over the years. Like most spas, their front-of-house staff is delightful and attentive.

However, Urban Nirvana separates themselves on the tables as their therapists are masters of the craft.

Received a good service here but the woman providing it was a bit curt and matter-of-fact in her communications instead of the typical friendly/soothing demeanor I'm used to at spas.
Easy to park at and clean.
