Best spa in Charlotte! I treated my mom to a massage and facial for her birthday. From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel special. The atmosphere and services were luxurious and relaxing. I can't wait to go again.

I was able to schedule a last minute 60 min massage for myself after an intense week of working out. From the time I walked in until I left I was greeted often, offered hot tea and water. The ambiance and decor was beautiful and the massage was beyond amazing!!

My visit here was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful space, calm vibes, amazing service! My massage had me floating on clouds. They offer you tea upon arrival and the chai tea with honey was so good!

I came in today with my boyfriend for a couples massage, the receptionist was super friendly offered us something to drink while we wait. The waiting room was amazing. Finally, our masseuse and masseur were amazing! we got Ala and Mike.

This was my first time visiting Urbana and I really enjoyed it. One of the best massages I've ever had! They really listened to what I wanted and I felt amazing after my massage. The wine and tea were complimentary and the ambiance was extremely relaxing.

I've been twice, once for a couples massage and once for a prenatal massage and both massages were the best I've had for their kind. My most recent visit was for the prenatal massage where Danielle, the massage therapist, was extremely thoughtful and thorough.
