I went in for a sports massage and a week later was back for a 1-1 yoga session (my first time for both!). Throughout both sessions Michelle was highly informative, professional, and attentive - talking through all the details of what I was feeling.

Let me just say Michelle was amazing and I'll be back for sure. This was my first prenatal massage and it won't be my last. Michelle is detail oriented, gentle when moving you around, but massages with the right amount of pressure.

Really enjoyed my massage, Michelle was great, she sat down with me and discussed my prenatal massage with me. Her studio was very relaxing and the massage was excellent. I would definitely come back.

I've been getting yoga sessions for 2 months now and I love it. Michelle is awesome and patient. I can feel the difference in my ability to stretch. I have also received massages from Michelle and she is wonderful.
