I've tried numerous places around Des Moines for massages and Best Escape is hands down the best place to go and the prices are very reasonable as well.

Had a Strongman competition on Saturday and was hurting afterwards. Rodney was able to get me in this week, and gave one of the best massages I have had. He tried hard to make it as good as possible. I highly recommend him. 10/10

Visited today for the first time. 90 minute hot stone massage for $110 - an unbeatable deal in town. Rodney is very professional and does great work. I highly recommend this place if you're on a budget but don't want to sacrifice quality.

My wife and I had a couples massage here today. I can honestly say I don't have one negative thing to say about the place. Very professional and great at what they do here. I booked online and it was very convenient. Very relaxing for the space they have.
