I booked an appointment over the phone a month ago. The receptionist asked exactly what I wanted so they could have it ready. Show up today and they had no record of it, but funny thing they had my credit card number in their system.

Loved it! The only downside is the steep price. Many amenities and snacks to use before or after your appointment. The massage was very calming and I felt extremely safe.

Sego Lily Spa is the only spa I will go to ever since I've visited. They are a bit pricy but it's worth the experience. I love the ambiance and vibe they have created for the spa.
