Luv this place. Always meet my needs. Been going for over 35 yrs. Don't live there any more but when I visit, always go! Price is great.

After I scheduled my massage with a specific therapist (after doing research on their reviews) they changed my therapist on me without notifying me. Paid for an expensive massage with someone who seemed inexperienced. Not worth the money.

My appointment with a female practitioner was changed to a male practitioner at the last minute. This would have been okay, but I said I needed someone with pre natal massage experience. Though I was informed this masseuse (R) did, my experience proved otherwise.

It took 3 phone calls back and forth to finally book 2 massages at once. Finalized all the details and sent my aunt and cousin for a relaxing session. We are on vacation and they show up to one massage therapist... the other was a no show.

The website showed a price of $95 for the 90 minute massage, and I left a 20% tip. When I paid I didn't remember the prices, I just thought it was high. Then I checked the website it said $95, when I called them, they were like sorry we changed the prices it's now $135.

I somehow booked the wrong service, but I'm not even mad about it! (I booked Thai massage online but when I got there, they said I was scheduled for deep tissue.) My therapist was AMAZING and helped so much with my back issues.
