Started off with Kelby she was great and did a great job with my facial and recommending products for me to use at home. Ended my time with a massage and wow did I need it. My back was so tight my masseuse really had to work hard to get the kinks out.

I'll be the first to admit that I can be a bit high-maintenance at times. Sophia's is going to give you what you are looking for - clean rooms, relaxation and an epic total body renewal.

Accurate diagnosis and treatment of issues - went in with a pinch in my lower back and left without it! Alice is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she’s doing and how things are connected, so you know exactly what’s going on. Really impressed and will be a repeat customer for preventative sports massage, too.

This place is great! I've had 2 massages in 2 days and both were excellent - easily the best massage I've had for a very long time! The location is clean, and well appointed. The management of the business is great - Vanessa goes out of her way to ensure that the client is well taken care of. Overall, an excellent location with a holistic and thorough approach to massage therapy. I will be back!

I came for a massage with a shoulder that has been very sore and overused. Kim did such a great job. I felt like a new person and can go back to playing beach volleyball tomorrow. The place is so conveniently located, clean and the staff is very nice. Definitely recommend.

The sheets, the room and the spa all feel super clean, I had the best 1.5 hours combo massage I desperately needed. I weight lift and do yoga so I was able to breathe through some pretty skillful and advanced manipulations that made me feel new again. Is it painful, oh yeah baby. Is it necessary - the only time I wish I was mega rich was this - if I could, I'd love to have the same massage daily.

I had a massage done by Blaine and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. Blaine was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage. Thank you Blaine!

Massage was short, used oil only on my shoulders so you end up getting a soft handed towel massage, by far the worst massage I have ever had, feel like I got completely ripped off
