Worst customer service ever! Have made several appointments to have them cancel when it gets close to the date and then they are all booked out for several weeks. This has happened several times, the company doesn't seem to care.

For my wife's birthday I purchased a couples massage at Hand and Stone, and I am so glad I did! Tiffany and Gabby were both wonderful massage therapists who listened to our individual needs and were very professional and accommodating.

I went to the Maple location yesterday for a waxing service and 50 minute massage. The facility was up to date, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, helpful, and respectful!

OMG! I was recommended by a friend to come here after a stressful day and they got me in right away. Skye did an incredible job! I got a classic facial, with a microdermabrasion upgrade and topped it off with a hydrating finish.

The atmosphere at hand and stone is nice, and I liked the products they used on my skin during my facial, but the facial itself just wasn't as good as I expected.
