I was incredibly impressed. The location is charming and you get the feeling of being relaxed the moment you step in the door. The staff is incredibly helpful and will give you a rundown on what to expect your first time. Also, the pricing/membership is affordable.

My partner and I visited this studio for individual massages and had an overall great experience. The therapists are very skilled, and I would highly recommend them. Even my chiropractor said my back felt better.

As a father's day gift from the family I was able to come here and get some self care at an awesome spot. I got a Craniosacral massage with some extras. It was my first time having this and it was a very different experience, but a really good one.

Rooted Method Spa is probably hands down the best place you could go! My massage therapist was great! Victoria you are absolutely amazing and works your back like no other. I was in so much pain and she found all the spots that were tense and worked them out.

The sauna was great but I booked a massage to follow. sat on a hard wooden bench in the back as directed for 30 minutes waiting for massage. if you're looking for a spa experience, this isn't it.

From the minute I walked into Rooted Method the smell was heavenly. It is truly a little corner of peacefulness in Virginia Beach. I highly recommend regularly using their saunas! And Roxanne worked magic on my back!

This place is really one of the best spots to get a massage (or some relaxation in general) in the Hampton Roads area. I get massages regularly and I've stuck with Tara (who is amazing) and always works to get exactly what I need.
