I am a member and have lots of packages available. I made the appointment for after work and drove 40 minutes, paid tolls to go to this hand and stone because they had availability. I get there for them to tell me they do not have an appointment for me!

Care Provider: Shaq
I try to go monthly for a massage, as I frequently have back pain. My massage appointments are usually with Shaq. Shaq goes above and beyond! He ensures my experience is always relaxing and my back feels amazing after each appointment.

Customer service is Extremely poor. I was a member for several years was told wrong information by a former manager about when my packages would expire and when I went to use my remaining packages were told they were expired.

I have used Hand and Stone in the past. They're packages are decent and massages are ok. However, most reviews are correct that the most disappointing part of this Club is the pricing and customer service.
