DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please spend your money at another spa.
The receptionist is extremely RUDE. The manager doesn't care, it's her friend.

The business organization is terrible. Besides their limited availability, the front staff does not know how to accurately handle appointment scheduling; consistently having scheduling issues. Manager was not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

Horrible corporate structure and incompetent manager at this particular location (Alyssa).

Received a facial that left me with scars and Alyssa's handling of the situation was a complete joke.

Tried them for the first time today. Had a massage and a facial. The message was with Vanessa and while it was okay, I felt like it left a lot to be desired.
