I prefer this place over king sauna. It's newly renovated and the space felt clean. After Black Friday and due to the packages deals, I noticed that on weekdays it was more packed than usual, but the place is big enough to accommodate.

It's good, nice and clean, relax environment. The only bad thing is they have places under construction so you can't use services that all spa is suppose have. Prices for special services are little expensive.

Did a daycation with the family (4 in total), and the overall experience was exceptional. No complaints. The food was great, the sauna was great, and the lounge area was comfortable. The sauna area was huge and did not feel congested at all.

This is my first time and I will come back. I'm impressed by the cleanliness and the food. I would give it 5 stars if they had staff to monitor guest behavior. Like the guy having a video call just now without headphones.

The Island spa and sauna was great the saunas were excellent and relaxing. In addition, the massages were amazing. I received the deep tissue massage which was performed wonderfully. My friend received the hot stone massage which was a very relaxing experience.

If I could give 10 stars to Island spa I would! It is such a great spa and sauna and the staff are so kind and accommodating. The inside is incredibly clean especially compared to places like Sojo where it feels like it's wet everywhere.

They gained a last minute star because the staff was super friendly and my massage was great. I would avoid coming for just general admission because it's really crowded and loud. I would have preferred to pay double the admission with half the people instead.

Love this place. OK this is definitely not as big of an operation or place as Sojo but that's what I love about it. You won't find yourself surrounded by selfie-obsessed people; you can actually relax at this spa. After all, that's literally what this place is for.

You haven't been properly scrubbed until you've gone to Island Spa & Sauna and had a full body scrub down from head to toe. My skin felt so soft and supple afterward. It was the ultimate exfoliation experience.

People were on their phones everywhere including in the sauna. ALSO, when we were leaving, we were in the checkout line to hand in our keys, and the front desk was taking people to check in which is a longer process than handing in your keys.

Very clean & calm atmosphere. Enjoyed my time with the girls. Their offered services are fantastic, don't forget to book ahead as they do get booked up quickly. They have a yummy menu for food & drinks.

Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after spending the day here!

Very clean facility! There are around 5-6 different sauna huts of varying temperatures, an ice room, a sleeping room, a movie room, and an area with a lot of tables/comfortable seating.

This is our great local spot to relax. The prices are reasonable and the place is super clean.

You get a locker for your shoes and before entering the spa & locker rooms.

Everything is provided - soaps, slippers, robe and towels.

Have been coming here regularly, every other week, for many years. You can literally spend the whole day here. One of my favorites is the body scrub, either 30 or 60 minutes are good. The skin and circulation will thank you for that.

Excellent! The staff is kind and courteous. The Spa itself is super clean and well laid out. I think the price is fair for what it has to offer. You could spend an hour or two and get your money's worth or make a day of it.

Not only are the specials very affordable given the market value. It has a very authentic feel. The food is leagues better than King Spa and Sojo. And the fully naked element though initially uncomfortable, actually is sort of transcendent for any insecurities.

I've gone a bunch of times and I always loved the experience and it's relatively reasonably priced compared to places like Sojo. Today I lost my glasses and had a panic attack over it and they were very kind and worked hard to find them.

The night owl rate is great. For the price you can stay until close, enjoy a pretty empty sauna and bath, and relax in the coed area for quite some time. Massages and such are extra, have yet to do so, I love the tubs and wood sauna the most.

I came in close to 8:30pm not knowing of the promotion of the Night Owl special of $32 after 8:30pm. The person at the register did not even let me know about it and let me use my Groupon voucher of $40.

The experience was just okay.

We made the mistake of going on the weekend and I think that was what really did us in. The place was packed! There were so many people running around that the vibe really didn't scream relaxing like I hoped it would.

So this says it's a family friendly place before you enter the men's all nude no clothes allowed jacuzzi bath area which is very gross unless your into the same sex.

I had a very relaxing experience. I had the detoxification mud treatment. I believe they provided extra care and included from a mini facial as mentioned in the package but I got extra care.

All I have to say is- DO NOT COME WHEN FAMILIES ARE THERE. You will NOT be able to relax. I don't even know why such a thing exists.
All you hear when you are in the saunas is screaming from the kids.

Utterly disappointed by the food especially the unagi. It was the most expensive dish yet there were only 4 slices or eel and 4 slices of avocado.

A very pleasurable and relaxing overall experience. The checkin staff were incredibly informative and made our first experience very clear and easy to navigate.
