Easy enough to make a same day appointment with the person I asked for. Friend recommended Tony for foot massage and it felt almost surgical. He could work for a podiatrist in a heartbeat. With all the walking you do in New York, foot massage is a need, not a luxury.

We were told there would be a "tax" added for booking through groupon and they did not honor the price I was quoted over the phone.

Customer service was decent (I do not use that word strongly) but the massage therapists are clearly untrained.

The front desk receptionist was kind and polite. My sisters and I came in for a foot and body massage, and decided on a private room. It was a great experience for all of us. I think the prices are very reasonable.

Usually good massages but this place has the rudest management who allow their employees to yell at customers after giving horrendous massages and not listening to a word they're saying during the massage.

The gal who did my full body (60 min) massage did an amazing job. I am a little sore today but that's simply because I live in a world of stress that has created all these tiny knots across my neck and back. She found each one of them and tried her best to work them out.

Incredible! Love the atmosphere again, called for reservation and I was taken care of by Jasmine so quick! I had Su who took care of me and goodness she is amazing! Very detailed and knows how to be hard but not too hard where it's painful and unbearable.

Went to get a much needed massage. We did a couples massage for the same price. Very nice touch. Others spa charge extra for that. Overall a very good massage. Good vibe. I would definitely go back. The price was excellent also.

WHAT AN AMAZING 90 MINUTE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE!!! I mean I knew it was real when she straddled my head and got deep into my back; I was in Heaven.

Perfect combo of 30 minute foot and 30 minute back massage. They're not afraid to do deep tissue and it's clean.

Amazing 60 minute massage for $59...I mistakenly went to another place around the corner a few days before that charged me $90! for an hour - so, I will be returning to Renew Body Spa ONLY / really nice clean comfortable interior as well.

Great prices and great massages. It's not the most ritzy but they get the job done. A group of us 6 girls went and got 60 min body massages (wish we got 90) and even ended up getting another 30 min foot massage.

The decor was nicer than expected given the pricing was inexpensive. $49 cash for half hour body and half hour foot reflexology. It's $54 if you use credit card.

They are a little less expensive than the regular place that I go to in Brooklyn.
$28 for 30 minutes...plus I usually give a $10 tip...so saved me a couple of bucks.

Not a relaxing experience. I did a 1-hour foot massage and it was so noisy. There was a dude playing videos the entire time on his phone, like he was in his living room.
