I'm eagerly anticipating my massage tomorrow. The 1.5-hour session I had the first time was absolutely amazing. Although I have some apprehension about acupuncture, I've decided to let Heidi handle it. I trust her expertise and would highly recommend her.

My husband and I have had several massages in very exclusive spas...no one is as amazing as Heidi!!! She is a full body and soul therapist. She has helped heal persistent neck and back pain.

By far the best full body massage I have ever received. I had a back sprain several months ago so I have lots of residual tightness. Heidi targeted those areas with the perfect amount of pressure,

Just had another excellent massage at Elemental Health. I've been coming to Heidi off and on for many years. She is the best! Gives a great massage and can offer some useful thoughts about what might be causing whatever ache or pain I currently have.

I had a great experience here. I went for a massage and acupuncture to treat neck pain I get from traveling. The massage was very good and I felt much better afterward.
