I have had only the most amazing experiences at Spirit and Matter with both Brittany and Selena... Fantastic massages and energy work that is on the next level! I have made Spirit and Matter a priority for my self-care routine. I can't recommend them enough!

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with Brittney! I've practiced cupping and acupuncture for years and Ive NEVER had an experience like the one I had with her. I left the session feeling completely refreshed and recharged.

I booked and got a next day appointment. The room was calming and inviting. Brittany talked me through what to expect, and we set an intention for my massage. I got the Swedish massage and it was exactly what I needed!
