Absolutely amazing experience! Will be a frequent visitor. From setting up the appointment to the greeting to the shared space to hang out between appointments to the locker rooms...everything was perfect!

Best spa in the area! Facilities are beautifully decorated, clean, and serene. Service is amazing. I recently went and had Gretchen for a massage and Kim for a facial.

Ok so besides the beauty of this establishment there is a auyurveda feel to the process. Before and afterwards you have a few minutes to enjoy a dip in the hot tub with a waterfall and a eucalyptus steam room.

I've gone to Falling Waters for almost 2 yrs, switched from an Aveda spa. The switch also led me to Eminence products from being a religious Aveda user.
