I booked an appointment and I wanted to cancel it. I tried calling two different days to cancel and I finally got someone the second day after calling 5 days in a row. They don't answer their phones. I don't recommend because you have to use a card to book the appointment.

Very nice I had a wonderful massage and the ambience of the waiting room and the place is wonderful. It was pretty high priced, it's the only reason I wouldn't give it five stars for Cleveland area.

The perfect relaxing break! My family and I made an appointment for all of us to get a Body Balance massage, and we all felt amazing after. The body balance is their take on a Swedish massage and is 50 minutes of bliss.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, however it was extremely noisy during my service. I booked the WH signature: calming retreat ($275 service plus a tip). There was nothing calming about hearing staff members laugh and carry on conversation in the next room.
