I did go to a Balinese spa a few months ago and things were just as quiet as they were here. I'm happy there wasn't a bunch of people running around. My friend and I both did the 75 minute body scrub and massage. We both felt really clean and relaxed afterwards.

Great customer service always a pleasure to come here they will be seeing me more often know that I relocated here I love it. Every thing awesome from the clay to spa rooms wonderful as always. Every one so nice and polite

I frequent at we spa in LA and in comparison, I really enjoy imperial spa. All the basics are there as well as massages and scrubs. I got a couple massage for 60 minutes which was so nice with candy. It also came our admission rate and two smoothies.

The spa is small compared to other Korean spas I've visited but I still enjoyed my day and was able to meet my goal...to relax. All amenities and the cafe were open and available during my visit which I was happy about.

If you live in the city for convenience, it's a nice Korean spa to go to however I do prefer some of the other spas in San Jose, because they were a little bit bigger, a little, newer, and overall more comfortable.

Let's start off me an my wife came today at 02/9/23 it was okay for the first 20 mins then two guys in the steam room was both master bating together very un appropriate very disrespectful.

I've been going every time I visit Vegas since they've opened. Unfortunately, I do not think the pandemic has been kind to this establishment. While I still do recommend coming for a soak, steam, sauna, ice room... half of the facilities are closed now.

Well, we called in advance asking what time they close i said do i need a reservation they said you can just walk in. At 7 we were on our way i called again to make sure they said they cant take us because already closing soon and on top of that theyre whole upstairs is broken.

This is the worst spa ive been to unfortunately. Ive been to three others and used to be a frequent wispa guest. If youre expecting wi spa, dont come.
