Fully enjoyed this experience. The attention to detail; the soaking of the feet and the tea prior to the service. My daughter and I did a body, foot and head massage for my birthday, which was the best. Bella did a wonderful job.

I must say, the experience was fantastic. It was incredibly relaxing, and I felt significantly better afterward. My masseuse was great; they even warned me about potential soreness in the coming days and recommended services that would be beneficial.

Bella was very gentle. Her massages were amazing. She's very professional and asks if the pressure was too strong or too light. I will definitely be coming back for future massages with Bella.

Staff was professional and polite, I've had several massages from many franchise spas but never have I experienced one as amazing as this one. This truly provided everything it states it will, relaxation, tension and pain relief, it was great.

It was a true Japanese massage experience! Warm foot bath for the first 10 minutes before massage begins. Flip flops given to walk back to the massage area.

It's nice, dark + relaxing in the massage area. Nicole did a great job!

I don't know if it's the time of night or what but when I tell you it was the worst it was the worst. I will have to go book another massage tomorrow as this "full body massage" didn't include the front part of my legs and feet outside the sheets. Just awful!
