Amazing massage therapist. I went with my husband who never gets a massage. He was sore the next day but felt great the following days

The massage gentleman was very nice. The staff should be retrained on techniques so they're not focused on a single area of the foot.
The receptionist convinced me to never return. She was rude and confrontational.

When I arrived, all of the communal area seats were taken with people getting feet treatments.

I had a 60 min deep tissue session. The masseuse was on time, used the right amount of pressure (for the most part), and I left pretty satisfied with the treatment.

I've been to Jiao a few times and had a great experience. But recently I went for a 30 minute full body massage ($45) and tipped $5, like usual. The massage therapist complained about the tip, saying it was "too little" and that everyone tips more.

Great experience for what I wanted, but you have to know what you're buying when you go in. It is a great quick massage. You're in and you're out.
