Went on Monday, did not enjoy it at all, Therapist Nick kept falling asleep, I believe he has sleep apnea. Very disappointed, I didn't like the fact he kept breathing on me. Will be going to a different location. Not to mention, they're horrible at cancelling your services.

Paid for an hour and got 45 min. Asked for a deep tissue massage and got a lite rub. i told the rub expert aThat I wanted a massage and a deep one and I got a bad rub. I'll never come back.

I paid for a 60 minute massage and noted that I wanted firm pressure. I got 45 minutes, one hand for the majority of the massage and talked to about religion and her socio political beliefs for the ENTIRE time.

This spa is so cool and has a relaxing atmosphere. The manager, Tambrei is doubly cool. She saved an otherwise disappointing situation in a friendly and close business relations.

gh to help me then book me for the same day. So as membership client I have "packages". The manager booked me for a hour and half without me knowing.
