Alison is great and the only reason I visit this location. Though her service is awesome, the front desk is below my expectations for an establishment of this class. Smiles are less than favorable, tone and eye contact is of avoidance.

I have been a member of hiatus spa for 2 years and absolutely love it. Great member pricing, optionality, and great value for membership $79/month. Jayda at the Hill location is amazing and so helpful getting me scheduled and making me feel special when I arrive.

Im a circle H member and needed to speak to someone about rescheduling my appointment. Left 2voicemails 3 days ago with detailed request and call back number. Never got a response or callback. Sad for a business that touts putting the customer first.

I have been a member for approximately a year now, and on 4 different occasions they cancel on me the day before my appointment. For all of these cancellations, I receive a confirmation voicemail in the morning, and then 2 hours later receive a call cancelling.

Want to love but literally every single appointment I schedule, they have some excuse of moving my appointment to a different location, time or cancelling all together. It's always at the last minute also.

I had never had a massage before, but DJ did a great job and explained all the different parts to the massage. It was all around a great experience and I loved the relaxation area. I felt like I had a new body leaving the spa!

I had a wonderful first time at Hiatus! All of the staff members were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My massage therapist, Stanecia, was attentive and continually asked how I was feeling throughout the massage to ensure that I was comfortable.

Get a massage from Daniel and facial from Robyn. They are the best providers there. I can't remember the name of the person who did my body wrap, but it was divine. Skip the mani/pedi - it's not worth it.

This is my second time having a tailor made facial with Melissa. She is the best esthetician that I have been to. She is genuinely so attentive to her clients and is good at what she does. She makes any routine facial an holistic experience.

For the 10 or so services I've booked at Hiatus over the course of 4 months for my wife and I as an "H-Circle Member", about 4 of them have resulted in same-day cancellations - some so last-minute that I was parking when the voicemail came in.

I enjoyed my Hiatus Spa experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the hostess, and my two hour massage with Laura was fantastic from start to finish! I left feeling rejuvenated.

Courtney gave me a nice facial, made my skin feel really good and clean.

I recommend Courtney. She asked a few questions - but refrained from chatting throughout my relaxing time.

Hiatus is the best spa I've ever been to - and I've been to a lot. They are incredibly inclusive and have a beautiful, serene environment.
