I had been suffering from a lot of shoulder and back pain and after my massage Khong had me feeling like a new person! She truly and deeply cares for the wellbeing and relaxation of all her clients and it shows in how she treats and speaks to everyone.

I came for my birthday and got the Stone Crop Restorative Body Wrap and Massage from Franky Wilson. I got the Platinum HydraFacial from Georgina Salas, and both experiences were fantastic! The lady at the desk was accommodating, too.

I wasnt sure what services I wanted so they walked me through my options, which I appreciated. Once we decided on what was best for me they took me back. The masseuse was good at explaining what she was going to do before she did it. I truly enjoyed my massage.

The spa in both Dallas and Austin is unparalleled. My experience with Austin was truly incredible; he was fantastic! The application of perfect pressure and treatment, coupled with his pleasant demeanor, made the session highly enjoyable.

Best spa in Dallas and Austin is truly incredible. Austin is the best and he was fantastic! The perfect pressure and treatment was applied, he was very pleasant and would highly recommend him to others in the future. Also enjoyed the environment at the spa.

I was impressed not only with the quality of service but also with the cleanliness and upkeep of the location. Everyone that I interacted with on my visit was extremely kind and seemed as if they genuinely cared about my visit!

My esthetician, Jennifer, was amazing!

Was pretty upset to book an "oxygen facial", double confirm that it was a legitimate "oxygen facial", only to find out during my facial that they don't use any oxygen infusion machine. I felt that it was very deceptive advertising so I just want to caution people.

Wow!!! Great experience for my husband and I. We did the honeymoon package with the sauna, floatation, and massage. So glad we had this scheduled during our visit to Dallas!!!

Great staff. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. They all stood when I walked in. So respectful of the customer relationship. And both massages with 'whoever was available' have been amazing.

Their flotation therapy room and experience is incredible. Super clean, equipped with shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. and everything you might need to enjoy your float. I had an amazing experience and it helped ease my chronic pain.

Best massage ever, great prices and excellent customer service! High-end atmosphere and you can treat yourself with extras for your massage. There are so many options for any kind of spa day you're looking for.

They have a wonderful spa relaxation area that's cozy and relaxing. After that your specialist comes out. I personally got an oxygen facial. I don't remember her name but the girl who helped me was a dark haired lady. She was amazing.

Being new to Dallas, I decided to go to Riviera spa for my daughter and I. In short, they did amazing!! Becoming a member really is the way to go for a really good price.

I booked a facial appointment with Jennifer and she did an amazing job! She made me feel so comfortable. Jennifer also have me a skin analysis during my facial and gave me suggestions on what I should use on my skin going forward.

I did a couples massage with my husband and it was so amazing! The atmosphere of the room was so nice from the lighting and music to the warm massage beds and soft sheets.

My massage therapist was Maechan and I felt so cared for!

I work as a respiratory therapist doing 12 hour shifts 3-4 nights a week so my body is being put to work quite a bit. I told my massage therapist (Briana Jones) what I do for work & she took into account how much stress my body is put through.

Float tank doesn't work anymore- my heels touch the ground when floating. I told the front desk about this 2 months ago and they still haven't fixed the issue.

I was gifted with an 80 minute Signature Wellness massage from Riviera Spa as a farewell from my Chicago staff. I will have to give them all big hugs when visiting Chi. I had a wonderful experience at the Spa.
