I'd leave one if I were able. Two gift cards were purchased for myself and my partner as Christmas gifts. We attempted to book and appointment and they refuse to book our appointments without a credit or debit card to hold the appointments.

Horrible customer service , as a first time customer i was not allowed to utilize the first time customer rate just because my daughter graciously gave me a gift card for a 1 hr massage and tip included. I was not made aware until after the massage.
