I was pleasantly surprised how good Judy was with massages definitely will be going back. She used a perfect pressure . And always a great facial from Marissa.

Overpriced is the main concern, but the day staff at the front desk are weak and often dont help or have the necessary means to get things done. Managers are often not there. For the pricing, it should just be a better experience overall.

I've been at Hand & Stone (3) times thinking I would eventually get a decent Swedish massage but was very disappointed every time. Below average massage at best and never walked out saying I felt any relief. The high price they charge doesn't equate to what you pay for.

Wonderful place! Staff is accommodating and helpful, estheticians are knowledgeable and thorough, and the treatment rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I'm new to the area so transferred my Hand & Stone membership here. I've been twice so far and have had a pleasant experience. I'm a big fan of the 80 minute Himalayan salt stone massage.
