Good luck getting her to answer her phone or call thou back before your group expires. And when I finally did get an appointment she wasn't there.

Kristen is very good with a massage. She is outrageously inconsiderate of her customers' time. In less than a year she cancelled twice on me the same day.

Seeing the title of "therapeutic" massage and the deal purchased explained that all the therapists were "certified".
