I had a wonderful first experience at this spa! Steve was a most gracious host who gave me a tour of the rooms and offered hot tea and yummy cookies.

I am pleased to say they contacted me for a do over. Which I appreciate and respect. They explained the black residue and it was particular type of soak.

As a couple we frequent spas for manicure, facials, massages etc so we have very strong opinions about expectations. But European body exceeded them.

Had the BEST facial of my life. Irene knows what she is doing. The staff is great and place is so relaxing.
