I'm not sure if there is a way to have made my massage pleasurable. The masseuse's hands were so ice cold it literally gave me goosebumps while she worked.

I went to elements for the first time today after a few weeks of severe shoulder and neck stiffness from my desk job. I got a massage last week at a different popular spa and it didn't relieve my pain and stiffness at all.
