I think here is the most reasonable and clean Korean spa . I love here coming early morning. Early admission for weekdays are still $20 and they validate parking. Entrance people are always nice .
I got 10 ticket pack for $200 and will give as a Christmas gift.

I went on a weekend and it was not too crowded! I really liked the hot rooms, and I wished the cold room was colder. Overall great experience.

Make sure you go into the right parking garage for validation! It can be a little confusing

This was one of the most demoralizing, inhumane, and horrible experiences of my life. I am wheelchair user and was flat out denied entry on the basis that I might make other guests uncomfortable.

My first time at Crystal Spa and it was pretty good. The women's section is clean and quiet. I enjoyed a 90 minute Swedish massage followed by a 60 minute foot massage.
Both masseuses were males and very good with the pressure.

Scheduled an aroma oil massage + body scrub at 1pm on a Sunday. I got Soo and...I'd skip her. She favored one side of the massage table so my right back and left front got the most love. The pressure wasn't great for the massage.

10/10! I'm super picky when it comes to skincare and Kelly was not only very knowledgeable but very thorough. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. She looks at the big picture and takes all factors and tickets iteration.

Crystal Spa is similar to Natura Spa, the [formerly] other mall-located K-spa in LA, in that it, while functionally complete, is somewhat small.

Not a bad spa, clean and quiet for the most part. It's located Inside the mall and they validate your parking, much better spa then most around the area. I guess this is a gay hook up spot so just be careful of that, I didn't know when I went

I've been coming to this spa and have been getting the acupressure combo once a month for over 10 years from masseuse Chung. I have a chronic knot on my shoulders and the 90 minutes massage for $130 gives me relief for an entire month.

Crystal Spa doesn't disappoint for a K-spa. Scheduling a scrub is easy and fast with just a phone call.

Located on the third floor, walk in and check in. The entrance fee is $30 but if you get a service like a scrub then it's discounted.

Caution tape on the showers, rust, ppl on their cellphones in the saunas. I liked the Aveda products. No hot tea or a place to put your shoes. The cold plunge was great. Do not like that it's coed as I prefer to be naked in saunas.

Very rude staff here, and yet demands a tip.

They need to check that attitude, not coming back here and I wouldn't recommend people of color coming here unless your Korean.

This Korean spa is one of the cleanest spas I've gone to. There's no funny business here everyone seemed chill minding their own business. Wish it was a little bit bigger for the hot sauna pool. I liked the icy cool room and the salt room for relaxing.

be careful which parking garage you park in! the spa will validate your parking for 6 hours in the correct parking lot (H mart parking lot P2). got a body scrub and it was amazing. very clean facility.

The crystal spa is really a lovely place. The prices are still very good. All the services there are great and despite self is squeaky clean. I love all the rooms they have and the fact that you can order food and just read and hang out.

Been to this spa 3 times this year. I like the location which is in a mall. Parking is validated for 6 hours. Love their body scrub and massage.

Used to love this place but new management has really failed to maintain the quality. There is visible mold in the ceilings a around the men's shower.

The massage was weird mostly they just cover you in a bunch of oil and kinda move your skin around very aggressively. Not very relaxing or helpful.

I went to this spa for the first time today. I have been to several korean spas around town but I really enjoyed this one. it's small and very clean.
