Wow! If you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in a spa day, this place is worth it. It's $$$$ but honestly I had zero qualms about spending this money. The service and treatments are unparalleled.

Best massage I've gotten in a really long time. From the soaking of the feet to the kneading, stretching and pulling. Perfect! Came out feeling zen. The tea and treats after the massage were so good too.

The service was very friendly and you are made to feel like a boss. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. It's definitely very romantic to bring your significant other. Unfortunately, my massage was really mediocre at best.

My second time here and right away such a different experience. My masseuse was Nana and she did an amazing job! It was exactly one hr of excellent massage. I think my first experience would have been excellent if it was NaNa. Definitely will be back with NaNa.

This spa...is the best of the best in LA.

Have extra funds to splurge or want to make your other half happy, bring them here. You won't regret it.

My massage therapist was wonderful. I visited for my birthday and my experience was customized with a beautiful sign and parting gift.

The experience would have been perfect had there not been very loud construction sounds during my treatment.

The couples Japanese 120 experience was wonderful! They do a good job of making you forget the outside world.

Lots of snacks. Cookies, water and tea. The massage was great. We had Apple and Kwan. I asked for a strong massage from Apple and I got that.

This place is a real Japanese experience Jem.

The location is beautiful, very minimalistic and soothing, you feel relaxed from the moment you walk inside.
The staff are trained professionally and will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs.

A very pleasant experience w/ the cutest little touches. I took my sister here for her bday and we both had a lovely time. You just feel so relaxed and taken care of once you arrive.

I got the zenshin massage. Its a very aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Staff was nice. The massage bed was heated, so that was cool. The massage was good, but I personally found it to be way overpriced.

My boss paid for my massage (shout to her!) and I'm sooo thankful she did. Everyone was super accommodating, I didn't have to wait long and the waiting area was super relaxing in itself.

The massage was amazing. Like so good. I had no words at the end.

Amazing experience, we did the Japanese spa experience which included a foot massage, massage, bath, sushi and Japanese sweet treats. The foot massage was my favorite! The host was also super sweet.

Booked the 3 hour Japanese Experience for couples, which includes a foot massage, full body massage, hinoki bath, and sushi dinner. It is pricey and a super luxurious experience.

If you like massages, this place will be heaven. My hubby booked us the Japanese experience for two for Valentine's Day. It made for a perfect date night!
