I've been visiting hand and stone for 2 years! It doesn't feel like a drive-thru massage parlor. The massage therapists ask and seem to really care about your areas of concern or what you want them to focus on. Great staff. Great service. Great massage.

The store would not honor a gift card that had just expired less than 1 month ago. A business that understands the laws of customer service knows that honoring a $75 gift card is more valuable than losing 5 times as much in future massages.
