Yesterday, after a long week and feeling very broken, I showed up for a 90 minute combo because my body desperately needed it. I had Victoria who was beyond amazing and I will definitely ask for her when possible.

At 6:30pm we called to try to set up an appointment for two people. The front desk stated that they don't do appointments and all you have to do is show up before 8pm to get a massage. We show up at 7:40pm and they tell us we should've made an appointment.
