They did not have anyone working the front desk and during my massage the woman stepped out 3 separate times to speak to customers at front door or answer phone calls. I was not relaxed and the massage was very rushed.

I received a 90 minute Bidy and foot massage that was OUTSTANDING! I lived in Shanghai for 6 months and this is THE BEST massage experience I have had. The front desk ladies were super sweet and Tina was amazing.

Pretty solid massages with Michael and Meena but agree with those who say the lady at the counter tries to shake customers down for a larger tip. She yelled at my friend "give more money, they work hard!"

The Woman at the desk told me that my tip was not enough. The service was below par, and I had still left a tip. But telling a customer that isn't good enough? How does this place remain in business. This establishment is an embarrassment.

I had the second worst massage of my life here - completely random forceful rubbing, actively painful work too close to bony structures, like 20 minutes of having my hair scrubbed dry as though I were at a salon, movements done on one side not done on the other, etc.

My "masseuse" lady REFUSED to give me back my change unless I paid 20% tip and yelled at me. I guess bullying customers is part of their service??

I booked my massage for Monday 2/27 at 6:30PM

She started late, and her massage was subpar.

Pretty dingy spot and the massage is pretty mediocre. Wouldn't really recommend unless you're in a spot

Mike was awesome! I recommend him because he gave my boyfriend a super massage! My boyfriend got a 60 minute massage for $65.
