The massage itself was great, but you cant advertise a 90 minute massage for $70 and demand that a customer tip you more than 30%. If you are going to demand a certain amount then you should price the massage accordingly.

My muscles ache everywhere. Massage Ultra is the answer to those aching, tight muscles! The masseuse calibrated the amount of pressure carefully, and checked with me throughout the session. The hour long session is great value.

Booking Alice every week, always totally satisfied with the results. I'm still tipping 50%, If your going to the Waltham , Massage Ultra, location book Alice. If Alice is not available book Sue. They work hard to give a great massage.

I was not allowed to book again bc there was a note put in system that I don't tip enough. I always give 20% on the price listed for massage but they want 40%. They banned me and said I could not book appointment.

I went twice. First time great and the staff was polite. After I got on the hook, the second time, the staff became lazy. She said that her thumb was painful and stopped working on my stiff area. When I paid, I paid over 35% of the tip. She was very unhappy.

I walked in and they were able to fit me in because they had a cancellation. I def recommend there over natural healing center up the street. Massage went for the whole hour and I'm not sure the women's name but she did a great job!

Okay so a $40 massage for 60 minutes? Yes pleaseee! Of course they want a $20 tip, but regardless a $60 massage is cheap! It was one of the best massages ever they constantly ask if you like it and if you're okay.

What a gem! This is definitely a "don't judge a book by its cover" situation. Although the name and signage don't have the same curb appeal as a luxury spa, the massage rooms inside were lovely.

Booked a 60 minute massage and everything started out great. Massage ended up being VERY deep tissue, but it's my fault for not asking them to lighten up on the pressure. The real issue was when we went to check out and we tried to tip $12 on a $40 massage and were told that was "not enough".
