In from out of town and booked the appointment on the phone. Cancellation policy was not explained. When I called to cancel over 48 hours prior to appointment I was told they would charge my credit card in full - no exceptions. Customer service was terrible!

My massage by Jeff was incredible! They offered tea or water at the beginning, and quickly took me back after I filled out a form. He incorporated stretches into the massage. He went the full 90 minutes.

The massage are decent if you go for the traditional Thai massage. However I no longer go here because even if you tip 18% or 20%, they still push you to tip more.
