Do not go here! Terrible customer service! I purchased gift cards for 2 massages in the couples room for a specific day and time as a special gift. Massage Envy cancelled my booking but refused to give me a refund.

Staff is uninformed on how to relay information properly when members ask questions. Rude management & uncalled for attitude when simply wanting to cancel

I received a gift card for Christmas with a extra 20 dollar card for one of there special menu items so I chose the foot exfoliating. Tamara my masseuse was wonderful she paid attention to all my "rough spots" like my shoulder, calf's, etc.

I can not say enough BAD things about this Massage Envy in Glastonbury. They are the worst to work with, not at all relaxing, and horrible rude staff. A total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.

Seriously where have you been all my
Life? Went in for a birthday couples massage and walked out with a membership.

The prices are great, the staff is so helpful and not pushy.

Need a massage ASAP? Your local massage envy (even if you are on vacation) will NOT let you down!! Super accessible!!

I hate Massage Envy. There, I said it.

So why did I come here then? To be fair, this review is for the people at this spot. I never came to this location for a massage, but I have had the misfortune of trying other locations and they're all the same.
