I am VERY picky when it comes to massages. Olive has strong firm pressure and she also skips the BS and works on your knots more than any therapist I've had. Every second counts with Olive.

I no longer live in the area unfortunately, and I miss going to her so much.

Been a member for years and have had good and mediocre experiences from time to time but today had a wonderful and relaxing massage from a newer massage therapist, Kenyatta. She was awesome! She pleasant and addressed all the stress points I asked of her.

I kid you not, I had the best massage of my life. Really nice staff. All the stuff in the room is customizable, you can play your own music, change the lights, and add aromatherapy. LOVED IT!

I went to Marie at the 20th Street location for a 50 minute facial and I had a wonderful experience. Marie was excellent and very knowledgeable about skin care. She took the time to answer my questions and provided a gentle facial.

At first, I loved having a Hand & Stone location within walking distance from home. I visited frequently enough that I decided to sign up for the membership they push so often, but I've regretted it ever since.
